Boeing Simulated Products Warranty and Repair Procedure
This document does not contain troubleshooting instructions. For errors or faults that are not clearly related to the failing of lamps, please follow the procedure below.
Customer advises Boeing of failure.
Customer requests Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Boeing by telephone or e-mail. The following information needs to be provided:
Failed item part number, serial number.
Detailed description of the failure data.
RMA number is assigned to Customer by Boeing.
Customer provides a purchase order if the item is chargeable.
The RMA number should be clearly visible on the outside of the package and the failure description and any diagnostic data should be included with the failed item.
Customer returns the failed item to Boeing using FedEx as the carrier, if possible.
